I've been getting a odd egg 3-4 times a week. No clue which gal is laying them. 2 BR, 2 RIR, or 3 BO. I know it's not my EE, lol. Very thin shell, and yoke always breaks.
It's very light in color also.

Don't think so. I believe it's a single hen laying these egg, as I'm only getting 3-4 a week.
Feeding layer pellets and keep separate dish of OS.

Sketchy shell gland....would be good to figure out which bird, will take some stalking

Is there anything I can do, or once I figure out which one, will she need to be culled?

I switched to 16% layer feed from 18% all flock about 6 weeks ago. Price was the reason for the switch.
Are you giving Oyster Shell....are they eating it?
It may be lack of calcium.

She may just be a bird that needs lots if calcium. I have a hen that is always the first to shoe when there's not enough calcium in the flock diets. You don't have to cull her unless you don't want to deal with her eggs anymore since if it's a shell gland problem I don't think you can fix them
