One of my poults has swollen eyes and runny mucus from its nostrils. All the others look fine. I went ahead and put the sick in a brooder by itself. What might this be?

I can. I’ll pick some up in the morning. You don’t happen to know the dosing per gram of body weight do you?Possible respiratory infection. Can you get some Tylan 50 and weigh the poult?
I do know!I can. I’ll pick some up in the morning. You don’t happen to know the dosing per gram of body weight do you?
Kind of. I live in the country and have a couple of toms and hen. I bought some 3 day old Narragansett from a local guy that hatches. Something got two of my grown hens so I’m trying to grow out some poults and hopefully have a few hens for breeding next year. All my toms free range, my hens will not free range again especially during nesting season. I learned that the hard way!I do know!
The Tylan 50 turkey dose is 0.088 ml per 100 grams of bodyweight orally 3 times a day for 5 days. Is this one a pet?
Ok. Thanks for all the info. This is the youngest I have ever gotten turkeys before and wasn’t real sure.Okay, I wanted to know because of the Tylan does not work you would want to try something like Baytril, but it is banned for use in poultry.
