What could they be?

Hello! I am new here. Also newer to chickens. We got 4 hens last year that are all awesome. This year my job decides to hatch chicks. Only 2 out of 6 survived after a incubator failure. I decided to bring the 2 home. I was wondering if anyone knows breed/sex on these 2. They are 12 1/2 weeks old.
