What could this be ?

Just got two 8-9 week old chocolate orpingtons and one has this on it, what could it be ? Is it fowl pox ?

Can you open her beak and look if it has whitish yellow lesions inside from fowl pox?
The right diagnose is important indeed.

Fowl pox is a virus. All I know is that you need to quarantine ASAP and antibiotics won’t help. I have no experience and have been reading apple cider vinegar and basil are helpful.
