To use for lavenders? Like are they suppose to look a certain way or something? This is my black pullet I plan on using with a lavender.
Could she be used with a split lavender? If so whats the % of chicks that would be lavender?

Usually type would be the number one thing. Are they a good representative of the breed?

Also you want to use a bird without leakage (silver, gold, red in areas that should be black).

As far as percentages of offspring:

Black+Lavender = Black split to Lavender
Split+Split = 25% pure black, 50% split, 25% lavender.
Split+Lavender = 50% split, 50% lavender
Black + Split = 50% black, 50% split

Is THAT pullet also split for lavender? If not then none of the offspring will be lavender, but only half will be split and there is no way on telling who is who at that stage
