What did I get?

My first time with backyard chickens. First pic is when the chicks were first brought home 3 weeks. The second pic is the current of this little Tillie. She is 12 weeks old. The third pic is the flock. They are all the same age. Why is Tillie and the other fluff footed tan feather babies, SO small. What did I get?

Thank you! I was afraid of that. I got them for eggs. Well, I really like to watch them and talk to them all. So, I guess I just have 3 small egg layers.
