What Do BYCers Know About Catalpa Gove Farm???

I live about 30mi from this place....only accidentally found it a few months ago. I was thinking I might check them out in the spring when I'm hoping to build another coop and get some BO's. I was wondering if anyone has used them?? They do have BYC as a link on their site...so I figure they can't be all that bad!!

I personally have not had an dealings with them, but some of the other BYC folks on the other website have...I hear good things about them all the time and have their site saved in my computer...I think they post on the other site some....They have beautiful birds....

I haven't so I went and checked out their website. Fairly close to St. Louis and Springfield. About 4 hours from my house. If you decide to order from them, let us know how things turn out.

Yes...they do have beautiful birds! I will definately let you know..but like I said...

I have bought eggs and chicks from them and they are wonderful people to deal with. You might pay a little bit more for the chicks but its worth it.

Most of all my Favorelles came from their flock...I highly recommend them if you want surberb birds. You better prepare a good wait because sometimes they have a waiting list on certain breeds.

We are planning on going to pick up a few started birds but never got any response from them via thru email. They are sometimes hard to get a hold of.

So if and when you are ready, go for it!
