What do I do about this weird sister wives situation with my broody hens??

So, I have had 3 broody hens for several weeks. They have taken any babies I have given them before, so a Thursday I got them each 7 chicks. Gave them the chicks in there own nests, everyone happily took the babies and all was well. Several times I opened there nests to offer for them to bring there babies out, no one took the offer that day. Yesterday morning, I take the wire off there nests, all 3 hens come out, all the babies pile out, everyone does the normal routine only all as a group. The babies have been just going back and forth amongst the 3 hens not really having any one designated "mother" and the hens are sticking together and getting along fine with each other but running anyone else out of the nest area. This all seems fine and cute right now, but I'm concerned about what will happen in a day or two when the hens begin to take the chicks out of the nesting area because the will likely not all agree on what direction to go and I don't want 1 hen to end up with all the babies or whatever. Has anyone else ever had hens do this and how did it work out once they were past the first couple of days where they stick pretty close to the nest?
