What do I do they are gonna hatch today (READ THE POST LOL)

Hello The chicks are supposed to hatch today how do I know what time they are needed to hatch and if they are going to hatch?
Oh and how do I know its time to help one more and how could they die if they are under a broody?

If you candled them previously you would have been able to tell if they are fertile.
Also you can candle them to see if they have pipped internally (broken into the air cell).
When a small crack appears on the egg you know it is starting to pip externally and enter the world.
In terms of when to help i would only help any chicks that have been taking ages trying to get out and are starting to tire.
If you are going to help make sure to increase the humidity to make up for any losses.

Dying under a broody can be due to lots of reasons. eg the hen leaves the nest for too long, dirty hen sits on the eggs transmitting infection, eggs are of poor quality due to poor diet etc etc etc. Loads of reasons.
