What do I feed my pullets

I have one adult Red Star chicken and went out and bough 2 Red Star pullets that are about 14 weeks. My question is do I let the pullets eat what the adult or do I buy start and grow for the pullets and let the adult eat that as well? I have a rather small coop with no way to separate the birds. Any suggestions?

Layer feed should not be fed to chickens younger than 18 weeks unless they have begun egg-laying because it contains calcium that can permanently damage the kidneys, reduce lifetime egg production and shorten a bird's lifespan. the older hen eating grower is fine
