What do I look for in healthy one year old Barred Rocks?

Now I am wondering what to look for in a healthy bird?

I have barred rocks, three are a year and two are two years...they are plump and fluffy ....dont know what else you are really looking for in your answer. Check their beaks, their combs, their feet etc. make sure their rears are clean and not clogged.
