What do my chickens have?

A week after sweeping my coop out almost all of my chickens developed a wheeze and rattle. I started them on tetracycline immediately. I have only lost two of the twenty and most are not showing any signs of illness after 7 days. Egg production never suffered. There was no swelling of the head, no nasal discharge, no eye problems, just breathing problems.one of the two that died was a free range hen that probably didnt get enough tetracycline. Do you think that it was something bacterial or more serious? My daughter will be getting 4H pullets soon so I need to know.

The sweeping made me think of dust, mold or fungus -- not so mych bacteria. These in turn made me think of this thread:

I hope your right. The symptoms seem the same. I have ordered a fogger and fungicide and will be using it regularly now. Thank you for responding so fast. I had convinced myself that I would have to destroy my whole flock, several of which were my daughters 4H projects. No more sweeping for me!
