What do those sweet mamas boy chicks turn into as adults?

I have a few potential new roosters out of my NH chicks from FR. So far the largest and most "type" like candidate is almost clingy? Wants to be pet and held. Will come when called. Wants ALL the attention. They are 2 wks old.

Whats everyones experience with these pet baby roos like? What do they turn into? Behaviour wise. Keep at it or nip it in the bud?

Frequently over socialized cockerels loose respect for their owners/handlers and can become human aggressive when their hormone levels rise. Hopefully this will not happen with your favorite.
