I saw this on the shelf, what do you guys think about the usefulness of this considering the ingredients it has?

I think its about as effective as hope and prayer.

You hope there are enough of the tiny amounts of potentially useful bioactives present in those ingredients to have some effect as an anthelmintic, and you pray that the ingredients are still fresh enough that they've not degraded with time, sunlight, heat, and oxygen.

That's
Black Pepper
Nettle
Some variety of sweet or red pepper
Garlic
Oregano

As in more likely to be used as a seasoning mix on top of a baked chicken than a dewormer inside them...

I think it fair to say "I am not a fan". You should not be either.

Well, I went ahead and got it. I’ve got a mild roundworm issue, and to be fair, I’ve got Valbazen on standby in case there isn’t improvement. Just want to test and see. To clarify, I’m trying to find a alternative that allows me to eat the eggs after treatment.

Natural- DEwormer is a waste of money.
We eat the eggs after using Valbazen. Still here typing. Did you know that Albendazole is used in humans as a wormer?
Albendazole (Valbazen) is a Benzimidazole, including Safeguard. Benzimidazoles are mostly excreted and poorly absorbed into the bloodstream.
However, if you suspect that you or a family member might have a reaction to the minute residue in the eggs, toss them in the garbage.
