What do you do on a saturday?

So what do you do?
I like to chill with my peeps.

Saturdays are almost always(weather permitting) outdoor stuff. Mowing pastures, yard work, big coop cleaning, cleaning the pool...all that fun stuff.

Well now its football season and since we dont have cable I go where ever my SO drags me. I like to watch the game.. just not at his nasty friends house

I have 14 ditches that I maintain every other weekend. I generally do any tractor work that has come up on the weekends for customes as well. I BBQ alot on Saturdays as well. Oh, there is usually some Lone Star beer and homemade wine in there as well. In fact I think I am going to get started on that early this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whatever trips our trigger that day

lol. but mostly we have been doing at home stuff but i have been to a few craft shows(for b-day presents and fudge lol)
tomorrow if it's not raining i want to bundle up get a lawn chair and a hot cup of coffee and sit and watch the chickens fora while. normally i take a long time to make breakfast soi don't get to see them milling around by the coop.

spend an hour or two on the HAM radio at night
I almost forgot,
I'm learning how to make slip-cast ceramics. (messy but fun)

Sometimes I just sit and stare at the wall....sort of "reset".

This Saturday I will be waking up at the crack of dawn

to do hair and make up for a wedding at two in the afternoon ... I just wanna sleep

, but the bride is my DH's beautiful cousin and she is super excited so

I love her ... up with the chickens on a Saturday. Usually I sleep till 8:30 then clean house and get caught up on chores.

Well, I have three kids and a husband who works Saturday, so most of my Saturday is spent at whatever sporting event the kids have that day. Right now it is soccer at 8:30 in the morning, then it will be basketball. So much for sleeping late. The rest of the day is working in the house or yard, or doing fun stuff with the kids.

I don't know who said it, but it is so true -" I'll sleep when I'm dead"

This Saturday is cleaning day, everyone will be gone so I should be able to get alot done!! I'll have the Nebraska game on while I do it though!! Go Huskers!!!
