My ducks eat dumor 17% all flock pellets, but it’s sold out at every tractor supply that i’ve looked at online. I could only find one that had just a few bags left. I could only get one bag bc holy hell, shipping is crazy. My duck feed is running low and I don’t know when the new bag will be here (if the order doesn’t get canceled). What do I do if i run out before the bag of feed gets here? i’m panicking. Is there an alternative feed?? This specific feed seems to be pretty popular and sells out quickly..

First and foremost, take a deep breath. It’s not an uncommon problem. I’ve had to shop at numerous TSC to find the right stock.

I believe kalmbach makes a very similar feed. It is commonly ordered through chewy.com.
You’r local Feed Store might be carrying it too, such as Agway.

Are you only able to order feed online?
I'd just get a different feed and mix it in with the remainder. Even if you can't mix it I wouldn't worry; I've never had a problem introducing a different feed, with my chickens at least.

Does your TSC have purina duck feed? Or wild game bird feed? Mine has been well stocked for the last couple years. I used to feed Nutrina all flock, but TSC is way more convenient than a 2 hour round trip out of my way and i don’t feel the need to buy 300 lbs at a time.
