What do you do when...

You know there in only one day during the incubation period that no one will be home all day to turn the eggs? The only turn the eggs would miss for sure is the mid day turn. Not sure what to do...is it ok to miss one turn time?

Missing one turning will have no impact on the viability of the eggs.
