What do you do with a Yolk Sac

Chick just hatched on day 21, unassisted with just this little piece of (what I assume is) yolk sac. How do I treat this? Leave it to dry out, gentle work in? Thanks.

I did not run my humidity too high or assist in anyway.

I'd dab just a bit of Bacitracin or Original Neosporin on it, then just leave it, see if it dries up in a few days and falls off.

Hopefully others will chime in with their thoughts.
