What Do You Do With Parrot Eggs?

We don't have any parrots laying, (We think we might have all males) and my Mom and I were talking a while back. She was thinking that Apollo (My Eastern Rosella) was a male because he hadn't layed any eggs yet. (He's about 4 years old) And I told her that I thought you had to have a male to have parrot eggs. But, then again, that's what I thought when we got chickens.
That made us wonder, if your parrot laid some eggs, what would you do if you didn't want more parrots? Would you.... eat them?

If you have no male, and your female parrot lays eggs, you will not have any babys ... but let the female parrot sit on them untill she stops (this keeps her from making more eggs.
