what do you feed?

sorry for all the questions but i'm new at this and want to make sure I get it right

my chicks are going on 4 days old and are currently on starter/grower. so here come the questions lol:

what do you feed your baby chicks
when do you switch from starter/grower to adult feed and scratch
when do you introduce grit
when can I start feeding treats and what kind can they start with

well so far that is all I can think of as of right now

I'm new here, too

and if it wasn't for this forum I would not have known what to feed my chicks when I got them.

I've fed my chicks Dumor 20% starter/grower feed since they were 5 days old. I've heard that you should only feed them layer feed when they actually lay their first egg. Finisher isn't needed as it's usually only for game birds, but you can use it. As for treats, I think it doesn't matter when you introduce them and grit can be added at about 4 weeks or so. I might not be right, but I just go by what other chicken parents say.
