I was wondering what internals you guys/gals keep when you process your birds and what you use them for? Thanks
 
I personally keep livers, gizards, hearts, the neck and feet. Had feet at an asian restaurant once and they were awesome! just the yummy flavorful skin to nibble on- I have yet to fix them but I'm gonna try. I'd be interested in what others keep and how to fix them
