What do you store your eggs in for your own personal supply?

Do you use a bowl, cardboard/styrofoam egg carton or a plastic egg holder?

I bought cardboard egg cartons, but those are for giving away eggs. They are kinda expensive and now I'm not so sure I want to use them for my personal supply. Maybe I need to buy a plastic egg holder.

Demand has been high and the girls are on "lazy days of summer laying schedule".

Generally I just use a regular cardboard egg container. I just grab a dz from the egg fridge and bring the box back down after the eggs are gone for reuse.

I purchased plastic egg cartons. You can either use them for a doz or split for six. Love them and I reuse them. I don't sell eggs but give to friends/family and they return the cartons when empty.

I bought a hard plastic egg holder at The kitchen store.
It came with a lid...but I leave that off.
It holds even really big eggs we get from time to time.
Kitchen collections is the name of the store.

My neighbors give me the cardboard or foam/plastic egg cartoons. I had to buy from the feed store 2 times and it was 75 cents for 2.

For our own supply, a bowl on the counter.

For selling, I have literally a couple hundred egg cartons, cardboard and styro, that family and friends saved for me when I asked. I really do have enough now, but they just keep coming.
