what do you think of this rooster in my avatar picture?

he is a cross between different breeds, i really like his large feathers on his legs makes it look like he got mini wings on his legs. Is this trait in any breed of chicken already. I know about some breeds having feathers on their legs but they aren't the same as this rooster's.

those feathers you are talking about are called vulture hocks and 2 breeds come to mind right off the bat and that d'uccles and sultains i do think he has d'uccle in him. also what type of comb does he have? he would also have to have a crested and 5 toes in his background as well (which sultains do have but i dont think he has suntain in him). he is lacking the beard though of both of those breeds and all 5 toed breeds that come to mind all have beards so he might have several different chicken breeds in him as well
