Gender? Pretty sure a pullet but Someone is crowing. It is either her or my frost white. White is 13 weeks and black 1 year

The white one sure looks like a pullet and the black one I can't see saddle feathers, to dark, but if they are the same age, most likely it is the black one crowing.
