I need to get my laying flock into a coop and out of my basement. I already built my broiler tractor and they are near butchering size. This coop was actually originally part of the broiler tractor but I over-engineered it and it was too heavy to be very mobile so I cut it from the run and will make it permanent. Here are step by step photos of my progress.

Need insulation, nest boxes, outer panels, paint, run, ladder, ...............and on and on lol. Loving keeping chickens. I hope my layers are happy. I hope everyone likes my picture essay.
 
Looking good. I know you going to get that chip board covered or painted before the rainy season.
