I have a chicken.
And her wattles are looking kind of swollen with black 'patches...'
I'm worried about her, since I don't ever recall seeing this on ANY of my birds, but she's separate from the others (in a box inside) and she's just chilling out for now.
She was growling at me when she was laying her egg like my chickens usually do, and she's been acting pretty normal. It just... Looks nasty.
I was thinking it could maybe be frostbite, but it really hasn't been that cold here lately.
