what does it mean

some of my hens have tincy little patches of feathers missing behind there comb is this normal and i do mean a tincy little patch, i also have a rooseter but he dosent have any gone

That's where he grabs them, when they mate. They are probably trying to get away from him or he is to rough, just watch you will see.

Most hens with a rooster have that little bald patch. He pulls them out when he mounts her.
