What does this mean if anything....

One of my Barred Rock hens (5 months/20weeks old) has done this weird dance a couple of times.

She lowers her body, spreads her wings, and stamps her feet like a little dance.

Does this mean anything?

Ruffle her neck feathers, stroke her back, she'll think you're her roo...

I had a feeling it was a sort of "mating" dance she was doing. I better get my nest box ready!!

Looks like they won't be ending up as my husband's chicken tacos!!
