Yes, it sounds interesting. Since it looks like a Welsh Harlequin now, I know it will be beautiful once it grows up.
Ideal Poultry seems to sell crested versions of almost all the ducks. I'm surprised they can hatch enough to sell, don't crested ducks have a hard time hatching?

I feed them flock raiser from the feed store along with grapes and meal worms. I have a sizable bug colony for my sugargliders, so I have plenty of meal worms.

The one with the poof (Scooter) will fit right in considering half my chickens have crests.

As long as only one of the parents have the crested gene, it will hatch fine. If both patents are crested it results in a very low hatch rate due to the skull not forming correctly and most die before hatching.
