What else can do to my coop?

I'm new to raising chickens. I built this coop and run for them. Just wondering what you folks think. Any ideas to make it better?

What is your climate?

It is not predator proof.

Beware goats gorging on chicken food.

I live in hawaii. I got two great dogs that patrol.the sheep are really tame and graze and the 3 acres most of the time
