What exactly is this breed?

This is supposed to be an Easter Egger chick but I don’t think they’re supposed to have curly wings like this. Is there a problem with the chick or is it a breed thing? I attached pictures of the chick here. :)

I don't think it's an easter egger, they don't have the feathers on their legs. Maybe a blue cochin?
 
Maybe this thread is almost a year old so doesn't help at this point but maybe it's a frizzled blue cochin bantam.
 
Well, on one hand, an EE is a mix, so it can have any characteristics~ so long as it carries the blue egg gene. On the other hand, they don't typically have single combs and feathered legs; especially hatchery bred. That said, this looks like a frizzled cochin.
