Has been looking like this for a few days...just like a balloon filled with air. It isn't eating but drinking water and isn't active much, any experts??

Is this a chick? Looks like a ruptured air sac. Often happens when they get knocked around or bang into something. Sometimes they will resolve on their own. If the chick is having trouble breathing, or it's just getting bigger, then you can release the air with a small sewing needle. Fairly simple. Apply some antiseptic to the area, use a sterilized sewing needle, pinch up just the skin over that area and poke the needle through the skin to release the air. Put a tiny dab of plain antibiotic ointment over the stick. That will release the pressure and allow the air sac to heal. Sometimes you may have to repeat releasing the air, til it stays down. Since it's been this way for 3 days and the chick is acting unwell, I would do it, it will probably perk up fairly quickly.
