What feed do i need ?

I have a mixed flock of 2 turkeys ,2 ducks, and 9 chickens. They are all between 14 to 16 weeks old. I currently feed them Nutrena All Flock pellets and they love it. As my hens get closer to egg laying age, do I need to put them on a layer pellet feed ? If so , at what age ? When they molt in the fall do I need to switch to a "feather fixer" feed ? I'm new at this and there are a lot of bags of feed out there. -Thanks

I would keep them on all
flock and offer free choice oyster shell for calcium. You can keep a dish near their feed and they’ll take it as they need it.

I do the same. I feed a All-Flock/Flock Raiser or a Non-Medicated Starter-Grower 18/20% Protein with a container of Oyster Shells separately.
But if you want to switch to a Layers feed. Read the chart on the bag. Here are two. From two different companies. The switchover is different for each species. GC

I agree with the other posters if you don't have a means of separating by species and age.
But as far as molting, most of your birds likely won't molt this fall. It is usually the second autumn and each thereafter.
A little extra crude protein, especially the amino acids arginine and methionine, during and after molt doesn't hurt but with the AF feed, they are already getting plenty of protein.
