What gender and type of chick do i have?!?!

I bought these from a store but when i got them they didn't even know what the heck they were:/ HELP i have 3 of theses and i would like to know what they are.

Do you have all three featured? I think I may see a Cochin cockerel. How old are they?

I've seen several Cochins of this variety but honestly have no idea what it is. Many other people here are confused. I think it may be a new variation of the Mottled variety, as Chicken Strut mentioned above, but usually Mottled ones are black with white spots.

To be honest I don't know, I got ten from this store and they said about 5 weeks but I'm not sure

They look a little older than five weeks to me, but could be. But the one you posted looks like a cockerel, though five weeks is usually to early to tell.

I'm sure it's about a month or older now. I got them about 3 weeks ago.
