The only male you have is the third photo (yellow face blue) but he's in no condition to breed as he has mites which need to be treated, the rest are female. breeding budgies takes more than just a male and female. age needs to be known 100% even if that means waiting a further 6 months, you will also need to be able tell when both are in condition (eg females cere starts to go brown from powder blue, males vivid blue and both have bright white iris) As a newbie I would highly avoid breeding more than one pair together especially without a large aviary, even numbers of genders and 2 boxes per pair (hens can fight to the death and kill chicks over the "right" box). treat them all for mites and separate the male with one female and look into how to tell when they are in condition
