They're definitely not splash laced, splashes would have lots of white.
The first is blue laced something (red and gold can be hard to tell apart at first, and a chick with one red gene and one gold gene will look sort of brassy, in between red/gold). The second appears red, and could be either black laced red or a dark blue laced red.
