Only the darkest one has red vent feathers. I am thinking that's a male
1. Blue face male
2 & 3. Red breasted hens - red breasted can be very slow to mature. I would wait until they are 8 weeks old before definitely saying they are hens
4 & 5 - these look like silver splash. Do they have white patches other than under the chin? I think I see some white belly feathers. If so - you may have to sex them by behavior. If they do have colored feathers on the vent, silvers get pink to salmon colored vent feathers instead of red like normals and cinnamons.

Ok. Thank you very much for letting me know. The silver is the same bird picture 4 & 5 . It has a white belly and silver back.
In a few weeks I'll keep checking to see if it gets pink feathers. So far the way I hear (silver and the red breasted hens)them calling it's a quiet pew pew pew. Verses the males it's a louder call.

So an update on the quails. Only 2 of them make the wind noise. The blue faced and red breasted male with a bib. The rest don't make the wind noise. One started to lay eggs. I think its the silver tuxedo pied. The silver has no red or pink feathers. I am pretty sure it's a female.
