What Gender Are These Silkies?

I have 2 silkies (one blue and one splash or blue?) that are about 13 and 1/2 weeks old. I have read that by 13 weeks you should be able to tell if they are hens or roosters. I have not seen any rooster like behavior. I still have no clue and was wondering if anyone see if they could tell their gender apart. Also if anyone could help me figure out the color of the splash/blue one that would be great! Thanks!

the red comb one shouldn't be bread its comb is incorrect colour

seems somewhere in its life its had a crossing

The dark blue is a hen and the other is a roo.

We thought if there was one rooster, the dark blue would be it because it showed a little rooster like behavior when it was younger (not anymore) when it would jump into the other chickens while they were pecking the ground. I also heard the light blue or maybe splash one had a defect because Silkies are supposed to have dark faces, but this one has red. Could this be genetic? Why did this occur?
