What Gender are these?

Here are some of my Buffs now at 7-8 weeks. I went for 4 and ended up with 12. Anyone want some Buffs?
I need to thin out my flock. Only have room for 4-6 full grown hens. Can you tell from these pictures the hens from the roosters. There are defenite differences.
