What gender are these?

(The bottom and top are the same, and the second and third are the same.)

These two were hatched on the 18th of March, and I have no idea what breed they are. I think the brown one (Scootaloo) is a pullet, and the black and white one is a cockerel, but a lot of people who see them think that they are both pullets.
Anyone else have an opinion?
