Males will have a red and larger comb/wattles at around 6-8 weeks.
At 12 weeks, males get specific feathering: pointy saddle feathers, hackle feathers, and eventually they'll grow some sickle feathers.
Hens get red combs anywhere from 16- 20 weeks when they start laying, but their feathering will stay rounded
This bird has both the red comb, and the pointy male feathering.
