What gender is my 7 week old easter egger and my 8 week old blue ash silkie

Hey guys i'm new to this whole raising chickens thing. I got 5 chicks about 8 weeks ago and I already had to get rid of two because they were roosters so I was wondering if my younger blue ash silkie and easter egger are hens or rooster. They have not started crowing yet. Thanks.

And the color if the silkie is blue. When you're typing ash I think you mean splash, but it's not splash, just blue.
