The first two are the same chick, they were a few days old on Easter, and are supposed to be golden sex links, but "Daisy" the lighter one with the darker comb, looks so different from Stella. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well they're supposed to be golden sex links.
Those are produced by crossing two types of chickens each with certain genes so the offspring can be sexed at birth. Since they're crossing birds there can be that much variation in their color/pattern.
The main thing is they both have the color of female golden sex links. Hence they are both females.
The combs are so different because the females comb size and color drastically change when they reach maturity. Your one has made it to that point and will start laying soon. The other is a bit slower getting there. She'll catch up in a few weeks.
You can Google male golden or red sex link and you'll see how totally different they look.
