Here's the other fifteen and a half week old chicken that I'm hoping is female. I've named her Laverne.
"She" seems to be a tiny bit larger than Shirley, but supposedly they have the same hatch date. I don't see much difference in temperament. I put a few drops of blue food coloring on her tail feathers, and she then preened a bit and got some blue on the tip of her beak. Cute!
