What gender is this chicken?

Age: about 6-7 weeks old

Starting to look like a cock. He does not look like your typical Red Jungle Fowl. A white Fowl is possible, but very unlikely. Where did you acquire him?

From a farm, I saw a bunch of red jungle fowl so I thought it might be one.

I thought Red Jungle Fowl should all have single combs, but that chick doesn't.
The comb type, plus his color, make me think he's a mix of some sort. I have no idea if the mix includes Jungle Fowl or not.

I think he is a male, considering how red that comb is when he's that young.
