What gender is this?

Is this Easter Egger a girl or boy? It is 11 weeks old. And could you explain why.

My initial thought was female based on the comb, but the feathering looks awfully male like.

I'm pretty certain it's a boy, the hackles are coming in long and pointy and the shoulders have lots of patchy red.

I have to agree with roo on this. Tail feather are the give a way. Pointy curve and he has saddle feathers too...
