What happened to my egg!!!!(no air sac?

So I will be posting a photo later...

So let me tell you what you came to read. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY EGG? It has been in incubation but... it has no absolute air sac. Like literally whenever I candled, it has no air sac. But its all dark inside. Is this a boiled egg? All my other eggs are fine. This egg is all just dark, and dark, but no air sac. Did it get heated too much? I hope to post a photo soon! I hope its not dead!

Most likely the egg had a default. That or a chick died while attempting to hatch. Without air, a developing egg cannot survive a hatch.

Is your candling light bright enough? This can make a huge difference.
