what happened

i set my own eggs every week this hatch with a new bator i only got 11 of 29 that hatched i usually get 90%hatches and yesterdays hatch so far today is 2 hatched and only 3 pipping.i checked eggs left and there are babies full grown but dead does anyone have any ideas what is going on .this is new to me

Did you have better hatches with another bator ?? .... I only ask because you mentioned it's a new bator.... but you could have been hatching with a broody before.

Did you use two thermometers and two sources to check for the humidity to verify it's correct range ?? Seems like those lil thermometers that come with the bators suck, but that's just my opinion

I was having this same problem and a breeder told me that I was getting the humidity to high. She doesn't even up the humidity...she keeps it the same for all 21 days. I am on the 14th day and I am trying to see if this is going to work.

How is your humidity?

no the humitity was low if anything i let it go dry once
