What have we here?

Hi Guys, I'm thinking I have 4 girls here (5 weeks old), but want confirmation before I ask my 2 and 4 year old which ones they want to keep. The black chick is a Pekin, and the others are some sort of frizzle possibly crossed with a Silkie. If anyone could shed some light on what breed the others are, that would be most helpful. Thanks in advance.

It's too early to say what sex they are with certainty but the birds in pics 2 and 3 are likely cockerels. They have large combs and some wattle development and red color. At 5 weeks that points to them being cockerels.

You look to be right on the breeds. A Pekin "Cochin" and 3 Silkie crosses. I agree with the general consensus that 2 and 3 are very likely cockerels. And I'm suspicious of 4 as well.

Oh dear, I got a dozen fertile eggs, 7 hatched and I've already given away 3 Pekin boys. Looks like 5-6 out of 7 are boys : (
