I have a brinsea 20 adv. It says to put the humidity at 40-50, and this site states to use 40-50. But after reading many of the posts here, it seems that is to high of a humidity. Many people seem to recommend 30%. What should I use?

This is my first batch in the brinsea and my second batch ever!

Forget to say they are chicken eggs.

I kept mine at 50-55% until lockdown and then boosted to 65-70% for the last 3 days. I am by no means an expert (just a beginner). This was on the advice from all the good BYC experts. Worked for me (with their help).

I have the brinsea eco ... I don't worry to much about humidty... I just fill one water well for chicken eggs and every 3 days go back and refill it... Then on day 18 fill both and check humidty because I find with both wells full mine is only at 50% and I have to add a wet sponge to get it up to where I need it to be, around 70% for hatch... Best of luck...
